This very week I’m celebrating 11 years of podcasting. ELEVEN. YEARS. My first three episodes aired on March 27, 2014, and by April 1, 2014, just four days later, the show was listed front and center on iTunes New & Noteworthy, and the rest is history... Considering that this milestone comes in the wake of having just won Best Travel Podcast at this year's iHeartRadio Podcast Awards, I'm feeling all the feels and just want to share this moment with YOU! To mark the occasion, I invited my long-time mentor and coach Lou Mongello to join me on the podcast and to actually take the mic, turning it on me, to reflect over the journey of the past 11 years. He was an intentional choice for me as a guest host for this episode in many ways, but one in particular: he was the first person all those years ago who told me I need to start a podcast. Thanks, Lou, you sure were on to something. So, grab something to cheers with, and join us in this very-much-behind-the-scenes very special edition episode of JUMP with Traveling Jackie: Listen on: SPOTIFY | APPLE | OTHER It doesn't stop there... you may recognize some faces below... Thanks for being here on this wild journey with me, here's to looking back AND to moving forward and discovering what still lies ahead. ❤️ Jackie |

I've made many mistakes in luggage choice over and over in my past 20+ years of traveling, and I'm here to help you get it right! Because the truth is... Your...
Yeah let's go back to that first part in case you missed that story - I not only got to meet Samantha Brown in person a few months ago, but I sat on stage with her and chatted through an interview, both of us as guests, both of us answering questions from the perspective of well-traveled females, can I just say it was wild and thrilling and PINCH ME?! And then... I asked her to be a guest on my podcast, and... SHE GAVE ME HER PHONE NUMBER. 😳 But I digress, she also enthusiastically accepted...
Hi Reader, I've wondered how to broach this subject for months now, but the only thing I keep coming back to is that I've never been one to beat around the bush. So, I'll just say it: I'm creating space for myself to focus on some big goals, which means... I'm taking a break from leading group trips. Allow me to unpack what that means into three short parts: 1. Peru is your last chance to travel WITH me. What this break directly means is that my hiking trip to Peru this Sep 24- Oct 4 is your...
